WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The Parlobella team truly believe in the ridiculousness taste of the snacks to the point that Parlo & Bella have given us the green light to share the treats with everyone. Now in saying that, if your furry family members disagree after trying one of our treats, then we would happily refund the product cost on return of the product just pay for shipping back to us and we will take care of the rest.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
As you will see in the "gift cards" section Bella has gone ahead and created a side hussle with her Bella Bank Notes. Keep this on the down low as Parlo might get cranky. You can purchase gift cards and share the love starting at $15 all the way up to $200 and guess what? They NEVER expire.

Where do we ship to?
Australia wide! No matter where you are we will get the product to you. Standard shipping applies weather that be around the corner or in the utter most remote corner of the country. Is Tasmania included? I asked Parlo & Bella and they said it can be on this occasion.
What do you mean, compostable packaging?
That's right peeps! We have even taken care of the planet whilst providing you with the healthiest most natural doggy treats ever. The package parcel slip is biodegradable and can be put straight into the compost bin or even buried in the garden and so can the paper equivalent for bubble wrap that we use that is actually called HEX wrap.
Do you take requests for different products?
Parlo & Bella are ALWAYS up for a challenge, if you think something might be a good idea then hit us up. Who knows what could happen?
